Saranac Partners, the prominent wealth management firm in London, recently moved from serviced offices into a new workplace to achieve their expansion plans.

As this was to be their first owned office, Saranac Partners had a clear vision for the new setting. The design brief sought a high-performing office and a space that was both tranquil and welcoming to their prestigious clients.

For the main walkways and meeting rooms, Havwoods’ sustainable oak timber panelling was employed due to its durability and natural feel. Plush broadloom carpet from Crucial Trading were inset into the wood to create a boutique residential feel. This mix of soft and hard floor coverings in a palette of neutral greys and browns complemented the decor and soft furnishings in creating the calm and inviting atmosphere Saranac Partners envisioned.

As the building was occupied at the time of installation, our fitters had to work with speed and diligence to ensure there was mimimum disruption to the other residents. Craig Anstey, Project Director for Affinity Flooring said, “While there were a couple of design issues to be solved onsite, the team’s proactive approach ensured they were quickly amended and implemented – much to the client’s satisfaction.”
